All logos, trademarks, photographs, graphics, and other brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of the rights holder and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any use of the Brand Assets is permitted solely in their original, unaltered form and only with the prior authorization of the rights holder or in accordance with an applicable license. Without the express prior written consent of the rights holder, no Brand Asset may be modified, adapted, manipulated, enhanced, recreated, or otherwise transformed by any means.

This prohibition expressly includes the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, generative AI tools, image synthesis technologies, automated editing software, or any comparable technology to create, alter, enhance, restyle, animate, generate derivative works from, or otherwise manipulate any Brand Asset.

Furthermore, no Brand Asset may be used for the training, fine-tuning, testing, or development of artificial intelligence or machine learning models, nor may it be incorporated into any dataset intended for such purposes, without the express prior written consent of the rights holder.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or AI-based processing of the Brand Assets constitutes an infringement of the rights holder's intellectual property rights and may result in the immediate revocation of any granted permissions, as well as legal action seeking injunctive relief, damages, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
